2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our Premium Access subscriptions, Abstract Frameworks, and MCQ Challenges, all sales are considered final once premium content is accessed.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future billing, and you will retain premium access until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you experience technical issues accessing the content you purchased, please contact support immediately for resolution.

• Personal Data: Information collected during registration is used strictly to personalize your learning experience, track your quiz progress, and assign appropriate grade-level roles.

By creating a profile on Tracsbook, you agree to use the platform for its intended educational purposes. Account sharing (multiple users utilizing a single premium subscription) is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
